My carpets are amazing! Amanda’s customer service was great, so helpful in choosing what kind of carpet and what colour I needed. Gave lots of advice and came to the house to check it was all going to match and look great. Very easy company to deal with from choosing my product to the install.

We recently renovated our home and started off with replacing our tiles and carpets with vinyl planks. We were referred by friends to use Style Flooring Xtra at Lawnton as they had used them and were very happy. We contacted the store and Benn answered. He arranged a time to come and see our home to suggest the best way forward. I was so nervous about the process and how we would live with everything packed up and mattresses on the floor but everything went through smoothly. Benn recommended the time removers and they were fantastic. Under promised and over delivered. In and out within a half day and a brilliant finish. The floor layers Benn chose were also perfect for the task.We are so happy with the transformation and overall finish of our floors. They have really transformed our home with everything looking modern and fresh.Benn was only a phone call away to answer our questions and concerns. Thanks Benn and the team. Definitely recommend.

Mark recently completed a floor grind and re-sealing process to our existing polished concrete floor in our rental property in Ballarat. Having never met Mark in person, we relied on his professionalism and honesty in undertaking the work at our property. We weren't disappointed. The completed job looks great. Mark was obliging in completing our job within a tight timeframe between tenants, was accepting of payment only after we had a chance to inspect the completed job, and always promptly responded to my calls / emails. I've still never met Mark, but am so pleased we engaged Haynes Polished Concrete. Thanks Mark!

Please do not use this company. We have booked them to polish our outside pool area. They have rescheduled us twice allegedly due to covid staff issues, I had to chase them to confirm dates. Finally on the day, when they were meant to complete the job, I had to chase them again as they did not turn up. The receptionist told me over the phone that they cannot do the job anymore, because their only polisher has left the town. She told me that they went through the restructure and will not be doing polishing anymore. They did not have enough decency to call and let us know. I spoke to our concreter, who was very surprised about this and told me that there are other people who he recommended to use these guys. Well, please do yourself a favour and stay away from the company.

I contacted Michael a number of months ago to come and quote and give advice on our badly worn and orange polished boards. He gave great advise and when we were ready to proceed communicated well around dates and required timing, what to expect and also repair work he could do to damaged and squeaky sections including stairs. Have walked in today to finally see in the flesh and am ecstatic with the result. Job looks amazing and the place was kept more dust free than I would have expected. I would not hesitate in recommending Michael - loved the progress photos he text me along the way! Thanks so much.
